Finally perfected Kale Chips! I’ve made them before and they didn’t come out for very well but this is a perfected recipe from ‘Oh She Glows‘ so of course it’s good. Great to bring to parties, as a dinner side, salad topping, or snack!
Ingredients
-1 bunch kale, stems removed & leaves torn
-1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
-Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line two large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Wash the kale leaves & dry them completely in a salad spinner
-Place the kale leave in a large bowl & drizzle with the oil. Massage the oil into the kale with your hands until the leaves are thoroughly coated with the oil
-Place the kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, & other spices or seasonings, if desired. Bake for 10 minutes, then rotate the pans & bake from 7 – 10 minutes more, until the leaves are crispy but not burned
