Smoky BBQ Carrot Dogs

I think Carrot Dogs are going to be our go to this summer . . . we made them for Memorial Day Weekend and yesterday for Father’s Day ❤ I highly recommend making these with Creamy Lime Slaw , they take them to the next level!

Carrot Dogs And Bae


-8 large carrots

-1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

-1 1/2 teaspoon pink himalayan salt

-1 teaspoon oregano

-1 teaspoon thyme

-2 teaspoons paprika

-1 1/2 Tablespoon tamari

-1/2 Cup water


-Wash the carrot but don’t peel them. Boil them until soft, but not mushy. Drain & let them cool down

-Mix oil with salt, herbs, paprika, tamari, & water

-Peel the carrots & put them into a large ziplock bag. Cover the carrots with marinade & let them marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight

-Grill when ready
