This smoothie has been my go to lately. It’s so good. I usually add a scoop or two of protein powder but it’s just as good as an afternoon snack or a quick breakfast!
-1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
-1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
-1/4 Cup frozen pineapple
-1 frozen, or fresh, banana
-1 Cup baby spinach
-Juice of 1 grapefruit
-1 Cup nondairy milk of choice – I have been loving flax & oat milk with this one!
-Add all ingredients to your blender & blend until smooth
