Yesterday I finally found corn on the cobb at our local market, which inspired me to make a summer inspired late lunch/early dinner. Beyond Meat Burgers + Field Roast Chao Cheeze + Homemade ‘Big Mac’ Sauce = my new favorite burger combination. Probably going to be eating a lot of these this spring and summer . . . now we just need to buy a grill! This will be our first spring and summer in our new house and I’m so excited to have bbq’s, bike to the beach, and use our outdoor shower after being at the beach all day ❤
Ingredients
-1/2 Cup vegan mayo
-2 Tablespoons sweet relish
-1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon ketchup
-1 teaspoon yellow mustard
-1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
-Combine all of the ingredients above & give it a whisk. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid, & store in the refrigerator. It will keep for at least 1 week
